Euro Hostels Ltd

Euro Hostels Ltd is a privately owned company. That means we can do what we truly believe to be best for our guests – so you can stay your way.

Started, in 1999 by a group of individuals with enormous experience in the hospitality industry, we created what was then a whole new style of budget accommodation. We redefined the word ‘hostel’ and as a result you’ll see copy-cat budget accommodation hostels everywhere – Imitation is the best form of compliment; but there’s only one Euro Hostel group.

Originally there was a vast gap in quality and service between the traditional backpacker-style hostels and budget hotel chains. We closed the gap and gave you the best of both worlds.

Today you don’t have to choose between price and quality. Euro Hostel lets you decide how you want to stay. You can choose private rooms, shared dorms or apartments. Our private rooms are all great value, and the larger the room, the less each of you pay. You’re in control.

Euro Hostel offer hostels in Glasgow and Edinburgh and Newcastle. Edinburgh and Newcastle both currently operate out of student halls of residence when the students are away for the summer break. However we’re actively developing permanent facilities here as well as seeking properties in other cities. To find out more about us, and our new developments keep an eye on this website.
